We deliver within the EU, as well as to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Deliveries outside these countries are only possible upon prior arrangement. Please contact us at office@phino.at for inquiries.

Return Policy

Returns are possible within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged items.

If you are a consumer as defined by § 1 Abs 1 Z 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)—meaning the purchase is not related to your business activities—you are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than our standard, lowest-cost shipping option), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally used, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual selection or specification by the customer.

  • Goods that are custom-made to fit the personal needs of the customer.

Return Guidelines

To avoid damage or contamination, please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, use adequate packaging to ensure protection against transport damage and prevent potential compensation claims.

Before returning any items, please contact us at +43 676 56 133 06 or office@lfg.at to announce your return. This allows us to process returns more efficiently.

Please note that following these recommendations is not mandatory to exercise your right of withdrawal.
